The objective of the consultancy was to assist the forty Local Authorities (LAs) (a) collect the baseline information regarding the indicators which will be tracked over the life of the Project, and (b) to recommend data requirements and a system to be put in place at LA level for the continuous collection of this information. This report presents the methodology, processes and findings of the study and offers suggestions for data gathering for updating the indicators for the MASAF 3 Project. |
