The Training of Trainers and Manual Production (TOTMAP) Workshop was organised by NWDP and Ministry of Water Development (current Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Water Development) from 31st May to 9th June 1999, as a part of the initiative to build a strong Community Based Management approach to teh development of rural water supply, hygiene, and sanitation in Malawi. This manual provides the methods and process steps taken in the workshop. |
