| dc.description.abstract | The development of a National Environmental Education Strategy represents another step in the implementation of Malawi's National Environmental Action Plan. The purpose of developing a National Environmental Education Strategy is to provide a common vision for EE&C and a framework for action which will ensure the fullest possible participation by all sectors and levels of the community.
